Refund Policy

At GADS Technical Consultant Services Inc., we strive to deliver high-quality technical consulting and advertising solutions to our clients. We value your business and satisfaction, and this Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Our services, including but not limited to Google Ads setup, campaign management, technical consulting, and performance optimization, are provided on a time and expertise basis. Therefore, refunds are generally not issued once services have been initiated, delivered, or completed.

However, exceptions may apply under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed upon in the signed agreement or invoice.

  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

  • There was a technical error resulting in service non-delivery or billing issues.

In such cases, clients must submit a refund request in writing within 7 business days of the transaction.

2. Retainer or Prepaid Plans

For monthly retainers or prepaid service plans:

  • Refunds will be issued only for unused portions of the plan, provided no work or consultation has begun for that period.

  • Once any portion of the service period has been utilized, no partial refunds will be granted.​

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Completed consultations or audit sessions

  • Setup or administrative fees

  • Third-party advertising costs (e.g., Google Ads spend)

  • Customized digital strategies or reports already delivered

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • The client will receive written confirmation once the refund is issued.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe an error has occurred or are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us at support@gadstechconsult.com before initiating any chargeback. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and professionally.

6. Policy Updates

GADS Technical Consultant Services Inc. reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
